Once completed, your access details will be sent via email and WhatsApp. There is no need to visit a reception, you can go straight to the apartment and arrive at any time, including late at night.

You will be asked to enter your card details to secure your booking, however your card will not be charged at this stage.

Payment is completed separately via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you before arrival. This allows you to authorise the payment using 3D Secure as the cardholder.

Yes. Booking directly through Your Apartment gives you access to our most competitive rates, typically lower than Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.

Yes, the longer you stay, the more you save:

10% off stays of 7+ nights
15% off stays of 14+ nights
25% off stays of 30+ nights

These discounts are applied automatically when you select your dates.

Is parking available at Pembroke Road?

There is no on-site parking at this property.

However, for longer stays (30 days or more), we may be able to arrange a parking permit, subject to availability. Email contact@yourapartment.com to enquire prior to booking.

Apartments that show a sofa bed in the listing photos will include one.

Standard occupancy is 2 guests.
Max occupancy is 4 guests

Any guests above standard occupancy will incur a charge of £18 per person, per night.
