Do you offer better rates for longer stays?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the price per night reduces automatically the longer you stay:

Stay 7 nights or more and save 10%
Stay 14 nights or more and save 15%
Stay 30 nights or more and save 25%

Simply enter your dates and the adjusted total will be shown automatically.

Do you offer twin beds?

Accepted Answer

Apartments that show twin beds in the listing photos will be set up in that configuration as standard.

If you are travelling as a couple, the beds can be made into a super king on request with at least 36 hours’ notice.

How many guests can stay and are sofa beds available at The Old Bank?

All apartments are 1-bedroom apartments and include a sofa bed.

Standard occupancy: 2 guests
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests

Additional guests are accommodated using the sofa bed.

There is a charge of £18 per person, per night for any guests above the standard occupancy.

Sofa beds are not made up by default and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

What’s the arrival process?

There is no need to visit a reception.

Before your stay, you will complete a short online check-in. Once completed, your access details will be sent to you.

At the property, keys are stored securely in a lockbox. You will receive the lockbox code ahead of arrival, allowing you to collect your keys and go straight to your apartment at a time that suits you.

You will be asked to enter your card details to secure your booking, however your card will not be charged at this stage.

Payment is completed separately via a secure payment link before arrival.
