Long term stays are discounted: 10% off 7+ nights, 15% off 14+ nights and 25% off 30+ nights. Every apartment is fully furnished with a kitchen and wifi, and there is no lease or tenancy agreement to sign. If your plans change, you can extend your extended stay for as long as you need.

A short term let through Your Apartment is professionally managed and insured, with VAT invoicing available and no risk of a host cancelling last-minute — plus consistent standards across every apartment, rather than one host's personal flat.

No lease required. There's no deposit scheme and no minimum stay beyond a single night — book on a rolling basis for as long as you need, whether that's one month or several, and simply extend when you're ready.

Weekly housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all utilities — electricity, gas and water — with no hidden extras. What you're quoted is what you pay, and VAT invoicing is available if you need it. 

Yes. Bookings, invoicing and check-in codes are all handled remotely, so accommodation can be confirmed before you land — useful for relocations and corporate placements where the guest is arriving from overseas.

Short term lets suit a few nights to a few weeks, usually booked by individuals. Extended stays run from 28 nights up, whether you're relocating, renovating, or between homes. Corporate housing is for businesses placing staff or contractors in a city for a fixed period, usually booked and invoiced by the company. All three come with the same fully furnished apartment, no lease, and weekly housekeeping — the difference is who's booking and for how long.

Yes. We can arrange block bookings across multiple apartments in the same building, across our portfolio in a city, or across cities, for a relocating team, construction crew or film unit, all coordinated by one account manager on a single invoice. 

All apartments use self check-in via lock box or key code, so arrival time is completely flexible, there's no reception desk to work around. Codes are sent directly to you on the morning of arrival. 

We'll do everything we can to accommodate it, either in the same apartment or an equivalent one nearby. Let us know as early as possible and we'll make it work. 

Yes, subject to availability — we can often confirm within 24–48 hours, which helps when a relocation, renovation or production schedule shifts suddenly. Contact us directly for urgent requests. 

Pet-friendly apartments are available at select properties — mention this when you enquire and we'll match you to a suitable location. 

Parking varies by property and city. Let us know your requirements when you enquire and we'll confirm which apartments offer on-site or nearby parking.

Yes. We can provide booking confirmations, address details, and any documentation your organisation needs for duty-of-care, travel policy, or GDPR compliance, including a Data Processing Agreement on request. We also hold Public Liability insurance up to £10 million, with certificates available for procurement teams.
