If you find a lower price for our apartments on Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia, we’ll beat it. Email contact@yourapartment.com with the link and we’ll match or improve the rate.
Yes. We issue invoices directly to businesses and organisations, with full VAT receipts provided as standard. We also accept purchase order numbers. If you need a specific billing format, speak to your account manager and we'll accommodate it.
Yes. For stays of 30 nights or more we can arrange monthly invoicing cycles, which makes it straightforward to reconcile against a project budget or expense account.
We accommodate stays from a single night, but our extended stay pricing, and the greatest value, starts from 7 nights. For corporate housing arrangements, most clients book from 30 days upward, where our 25% discount applies.
Yes. We can arrange block bookings across multiple apartments in the same building or across our portfolio in a given city. Your account manager coordinates everything centrally so you have one point of contact regardless of how many people you're placing.
Every corporate booking comes with a named Your Apartment team member that can handle any questions you have including invoice queries, extensions, and any issues during the stay you're not dealing with a general inbox.
We do everything we can to accommodate extensions, either in the same apartment or in an equivalent one nearby. Let your contact at Your Apartment know as early as possible and we'll make it work.
All of our apartments use self check-in via lock box or key code, so arrival time is completely flexible. Check-in codes are sent directly to the guest on the morning of arrival. There's no reception desk or front desk dependency.
Yes. We can provide booking confirmations, address details, and any other documentation required for your organisation's duty of care or travel policy compliance. Speak to your contact at Your Apartment about specific requirements.
All of our apartments include high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace. We also have a co-working space in Clifton Village, Bristol, available to guests who want a change of scenery or a more office-like environment.
