Before your stay, you will complete a short online check-in. Once completed, your access details will be sent via email and WhatsApp.

The apartments use digital door handles, allowing secure access via code, so there is no need to collect keys or visit a reception.

You can go straight to the apartment and arrive at any time, including late at night.

How does payment work for Clifton Village serviced apartments?

You will be asked to enter your card details to secure your booking, however your card will not be charged at this stage.

Payment is completed via a secure payment link before arrival.

Full payment is typically required 24 hours before check-in. If payment is not completed, the reservation may be cancelled.

Is parking available at Clifton Village?

Limited on-site parking is available and must be booked in advance.

If on-site parking is unavailable, there are nearby options including on-street parking, paid parking via RingGo, and platforms such as YourParkingSpace.

Yes. Booking directly through Your Apartment gives you access to our most competitive rates, typically lower than Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.

10% off stays of 7+ nights
15% off stays of 14+ nights

Yes, both can be requested and are subject to availability:

Early check-in from 1:00 pm
Late check-out until 12:00 noon

All apartments are studio apartments.

Standard occupancy: 2 guests
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (in selected units with sofa beds)

Additional guests are accommodated using sofa beds.

There is a charge of £18 per person, per night for any guests above the standard occupancy.

Sofa beds are not made up by default and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

Yes, we offer Twin Studio apartments, which come with twin beds as standard.

If you are travelling as a couple, these can be made into a super king bed on request with at least 36 hours’ notice.

This is free to use for guests, with laundry powder provided.
