Check-in is fully self-service and completed before arrival.

Keys are stored in secure lockboxes on site.

Once you’ve completed the online check-in, your lockbox codes will be sent via email and WhatsApp. You can then go straight to the apartment and arrive at any time, including late at night.

How does payment work for Rowan Tree serviced apartments?

You will be asked to enter your card details to secure your booking, however your card will not be charged at this stage.

Payment is completed separately via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you before arrival.

Do you offer a direct booking price guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Booking directly through Your Apartment gives you access to our most competitive rates, typically lower than Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.

If you find the same apartment advertised for less elsewhere, email contact@yourapartment.com and we will match or beat it.

How many guests can stay and are sofa beds available at Rowan Tree?

Accepted Answer

All apartments at Rowan Tree are 2-bedroom apartments and include a sofa bed.

Standard occupancy: 4 guests
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Additional guests are accommodated using the sofa bed.

There is a charge of £18 per person, per night for any guests above the standard occupancy.

Sofa beds are not made up by default and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
