The apartments use digital door locks, so there are no physical keys to collect.

Once you’ve completed the online check-in, your access codes will be sent via email and WhatsApp. You can then go straight to the apartment and arrive at any time, including late at night.

How does payment work for Wellington Place serviced apartments?

You will be asked to enter your card details to secure your booking, however your card will not be charged at this stage.

Payment is completed separately via a secure payment link before arrival.

Is there a benefit to booking direct?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Booking directly through Your Apartment gives you access to our most competitive rates, typically lower than Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.

If you find the same apartment advertised for less elsewhere, email contact@yourapartment.com and we will match or beat it.

Can I book more than one apartment?

Yes, with 4 apartments in the building, Wellington Place is suitable for smaller group bookings. For multi-apartment bookings, contact contact@yourapartment.com and our team will help coordinate availability and pricing.

Do you offer discounts for extended stays?

Yes, discounts are applied automatically:

10% off stays of 7+ nights
15% off stays of 14+ nights
25% off stays of 30+ nights

Is parking available at Wellington Place?

There is no on-site parking at this property.

The closest public car park is:

Clifton Down Shopping Centre Car Park (BS8 2NN), approximately a 5 minute walk from the apartments

There are also nearby on-street parking options available.

For longer stays (30 days or more), we may be able to assist with arranging a parking permit, subject to availability.

You can also use platforms such as YourParkingSpace or JustPark to find and pre-book parking nearby.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, both can be requested and are subject to availability:

Early check-in from 1:00 pm
Late check-out until 12:00 noon

Direct bookings may be eligible for these free of charge where available.

How many guests can stay and are sofa beds available at Wellington Place?

Accepted Answer

All apartments include a sofa bed.

1-bedroom apartments: standard occupancy 2, maximum 4 guests
3 Bed Apartment – Superior: standard occupancy 5, maximum 7 guests
3 Bed Apartment – Premium: standard occupancy 6, maximum 8 guests

Additional guests are accommodated using sofa beds.

There is a charge of £18 per person, per night for any guests above the standard occupancy.

Sofa beds are not made up by default and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
