  • Fire

It is very important upon arrival at Your Apartment- Clifton House that you consider the following for your safety:

In the event of a fire, the fire alarm will sound as a continuous siren.

The fire might not originate in your apartment but please proceed to leave the building via the nearest emergency exit. This is identified on the back of the front door of each apartment.

Once outside of the building, please wait at the assembly point across the road away from the building.

If you CAN confirm a fire, please contact the fire department on 999. Please leave the building and head to safety before doing this.

If you CANNOT confirm a fire, please contact Your Apartment 0331 6300 712 immediately so one of our team can attend and check the fire panels and reset.

The address here is: 4 Tyndall’s Park Rd, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 1PG

    Weekly Fire Alarm Testing

We test the fire alarm weekly at 11am on a Friday. You do not need to leave the building unless it lasts for longer than 1 minute. If this is the case, it may be a real drill.

  • Medical

If first aid is required, the BRI has an emergency room and is 10 mins from here.

In a life-threatening situation call 999 for an ambulance.
