Reservation Agent – London

Your Apartment is seeking a full-time Reservations Agents to join our team at our London location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests in creating bookings, providing information about apartment availability, rates, and amenities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and completing check-in and check-out procedures on time.

Maintenance Manager – London

Guiding the maintenance operations, you’ll step into the role of Maintenance Manager, safeguarding our properties to ensure they uphold top-notch conditions. From routine inspections to coordinating repairs, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards across our London locations.

Cleaner (9 to 3 Mon to Fri) – Bristol

As a Cleaner, you’ll be the magic behind the scenes, using our maintenance app to conduct apartment checks and making sure everything is in perfect order. In the mornings, you’ll be a vital part of our team, assisting in the creation of linen bags and setting the stage for a seamless guest experience.
