Thanks for booking to stay with us. Being the trendy and cool kids that we are, we’ve done away with the ever-tired-looking welcome pack and gone for a paper-free & more planet friendly solution by adding all of the info you need onto this web page.
If you have noticed that something in the apartment is missing, it is likely that it has accidentally been forgotten (sorry we’re human too!). So please call us and we will deliver this right away.

In the event of a fire, the fire alarm will sound as a continuous siren. The fire might not originate in your flat but please proceed to leave the building. You should walk down the flights of stairs and wait across the road.

If there any problems with heating, hot water, water, flood, electrical or breakages then please call us in the first instance on 0331 6300 712
As you may have noticed, you are able to connect to the wifi by simply scanning the QR code on your smart device and it will automatically link up. You will find this QR code on the back of your Wifi box.

You are respectfully reminded that this is a non-smoking apartment and we request that you refrain from smoking whilst here.
£250 will be charged to the card used to make the booking if the apartment smells of smoke.
Loss of keys will result in a £40 charge. Call out charges for being locked out: £40
Please return the keys to the lock box
All guests must check out by 10am on the day of departure, unless a late check-out is pre-arranged for 12 noon.
If you fail to check out by 10am without prior arrangement, additional charges may apply.
It’s not too late to add late check-out to your booking for £20.
Email reservations@yourapartment.com to move check-out to 12 noon.
If you have used any kitchen items, please wash these before leaving and please turn off the heating.
One set of keys are provided.
You have a set of keys for the front door. The door locks automatically as you leave the apartment, please ensure you have the key before leaving the apartment.
Parking is free of charge outside the apartment.
If you find any of the electrical appliances in the kitchen are not working, please make sure the fuses on the wall are in the on position.
The television is a smart TV meaning you can surf the net, use ITV player, iPlayer etc and sign into your Netflix account. You have a choice of Freeview channels.
Please make sure you sign out of your accounts prior to checking out as these may otherwise be available to the next guests who check in.
You will find an ironing board in the bedroom in the cupboard.
A Washing dryer is free to use, you will find this in the kitchen. The washer / dryer is simple to use, switch on by the on/off button. Turn the knob to select your desired setting and press play. Washing detergent is not supplied. There is an iron and board in the cupboard in the kitchen / living room.
The apartment is equipped with enough cutlery, crockery, pots & pans for 4 people. If you find you are short on any of these items due to breakages, please let us know and we will immediately replace them.
Please enjoy the apartment however we ask you to be respectful of noise to your neighbours.
Excessive noise past 11pm will result in a £150 charge. You will be asked to leave the apartment. No refunds will be given
The heating can be controlled via the boiler in the cupboard in the living room.
You will see there is a radiator icon and a knob next to it.
When no heat is required, ensure the knob is turned to the lowest point.
During cold seasons, simply turn the knob up and heating will automatically come on
The hot water is always on. Please do not change the setting on the boiler. If you have any problems with the hot water, please call us first at: 0331 6300 712
We will clean out these bins at the end of your stay but if you need to empty any of them please follow these instructions. As you exit the apartment, go down the stairs and you will see the bins are kept under the stairs. If you struggle to locate these, please call us at: 0331 6300 712

The closest bus stop is: Arnos Court BS4 3JQ (Less than a minute walk from the apartment). To get in to the City Centre, take buses 1 or 178. It is a 30-minute journey.
Download “City Mapper” for iPhone or android. This is by far the best option to get bus routes to the areas you would like to visit.
Uber is available in Bristol, download the app on your phone to use.

The closest airport to Savoy Place is Bristol Airport (BRS).
Bristol Airport is located approximately 9 miles southwest of the city centre.
It is the primary airport serving Bristol and the surrounding region, offering domestic and international flights to various destinations.
From Savoy Place, you can easily reach Bristol Airport by taxi, bus, or private transportation options. The journey usually takes around 40-50 minutes driving, depending on traffic conditions or an hour to an hour and a half on public transport so make sure to plan your journey in advance.
The nearest train station to Savoy Place is Bristol Temple Meads Station.
Taxis/Uber will get you there in 10 minutes. It is 11 minute away via bus or a 30 minute walk.
