'Your Apartment - Clifton House' formerly Clifton House Hotel will be joining our family of serviced apartments this November...
If you remember, in December 2020 we launched our first new aparthotel concept ‘ Your Apartment – Clifton Village ’ in Bristol. Following the success of Your Apartment - Clifton Village, we are now bringing you a slightly different yet more sophisticated group of serviced apartments in Tyndall's Park in Clifton.
As part of our ambitious plans to further innovate and grow the Your Apartment - Serviced Apartments & Aparthotels brand and we're over the moon to be opening a second large family of apartments in the Clifton neighbourhood .
The transformation of the existing hotel site is well underway and is expected to be completed in early November 2021.
In response to the announcement, Director & Co-founder of Your Apartment, Toby Gues t has commented:
“Several months since we launched our flagship aparthotel in Bristol, we’re overjoyed that we now have a new group of serviced apartments to add to our rapidly growing portfolio of short term lets in the Bristol region.”
Located just off the popular Whiteladies Road & The Triangle, this new space will comprise 25 new studio serviced apartments. Our designers are seeking to make the most of the stately Victorian features such as high ceilings and spacious rooms, whilst bringing the signature splash of colour which our brand has become known for.
Each apartment will have a fully integrated kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom, a king-bed, space to dine & relax and super-fast Wi-Fi. There is also some onsite private parking and bicycle storage.
Regarding the recent announcement, Toby has added:
“More and more hoteliers are coming around to the idea that visitors to the city are moving away from the typical branded city centre hotels models pioneered by Premier Inn, Ibis and Holiday Inn. A new era is sweeping in where both business and leisure guests desire more in-room amenities and a more independent style of living”.
