Yes. For stays of 30 nights or more we can arrange monthly invoicing cycles, which makes it straightforward to reconcile against a project budget or expense account.

Yes. We can arrange block bookings across multiple apartments in the same building or across our portfolio in a given city. Your account manager coordinates everything centrally so you have one point of contact regardless of how many people you're placing.
Every corporate booking comes with a named Your Apartment team member that can handle any questions you have including invoice queries, extensions, and any issues during the stay you're not dealing with a general inbox.
We do everything we can to accommodate extensions, either in the same apartment or in an equivalent one nearby. Let your contact at Your Apartment know as early as possible and we'll make it work.
All of our apartments use self check-in via lock box or key code, so arrival time is completely flexible. Check-in codes are sent directly to the guest on the morning of arrival. There's no reception desk or front desk dependency.

All of our apartments include high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace. We also have a co-working space in Clifton Village, Bristol, available to guests who want a change of scenery or a more office-like environment.

Yes, subject to availability. We understand that construction, production, and relocation schedules often change at short notice, and we work to confirm bookings as quickly as possible - in many cases within 24-48 hours. Contact our team directly for urgent requests.
Our apartments are designed for extended stays, with a minimum booking of just 1 day and no fixed maximum. Many corporate guests stay with us for several months, and we offer increasing discounts the longer you stay (see our tiered pricing above).
We comply fully with UK GDPR for all guest and corporate account data. Personal information collected as part of the booking process is processed securely and only for purposes related to your stay, invoicing, and account management. If your organisation requires a Data Processing Agreement, our team can provide one on request.
Yes, we hold Public Liability insurance up to £10million. Certificates are available on request for corporate accounts and procurement teams that require them as part of onboarding.

Pet-friendly apartments are available at select properties. Please mention this in your enquiry so we can match you with a suitable location.
All bookings include weekly housekeeping, high-speed WiFi, and all utilities (electricity, gas, and water). There are no hidden charges, the rate you're quoted is the rate you pay, with VAT invoicing available for corporate accounts.
