We’re very proud and excited to announce our next leap. And this time, we’re going larger and joining the heart of Bristol’s most iconic neighborhood; Clifton Village.

You heard it here first. Our team at Your Apartment can’t keep it a secret any longer. We’re launching a NEW tech-driven aparthotel concept at Merchants House in Bristol this December (breathes a sigh of relief).

Our Co-founders, Charlie & Toby Guest have been working incredibly hard with investors and landlords and have acquired Your Apartment – Clifton Village. The accommodation is currently undergoing a £1.6 million redevelopment which will comprise of 34 home from home studio apartments and a fresh and vibrant new co-working space.

We caught up with our Co-founder, Charlie Guest who just wanted to say:

“Clifton Village is the jewel in Bristol’s crown, as is Clifton. Your Apartment – Clifton Village is located right in the middle of the high street yet still only a short walk to Clifton Downs as well as to Whiteladies Road. We really do feel that our guests are going to love what we have planned for the place”.

The new aparthotel will boast timeless and eclectic style curated by up and coming British designers. Each apartment will be accessible via contactless check-in using the latest digital room keys via smartphone. Each apartment will have its own kitchenette, relaxation area, king-bed and bathroom with a wet room shower.

Other onsite amenities include a 24/7 co-working space for residents with complimentary coffee & tea, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a secure bike store as well as ample parking spaces.

We also managed to track down Co-founder Toby, who has been coordinating the refurbishment. He wanted to add that…

“When we decided to launch Your Apartment in April 2017, we wanted to make serviced apartments a bit more fun. Since we did exactly that our customers have continued to demand vibrant, comfortable and efficient living spaces in central locations in the city. When the opportunity to take on Your Apartment – Clifton Village came along, it was a complete no brainer for us”.

The 20 to 30 sq ft studio apartments will be a cosy and relaxing place for our professional guests working away to call home. And on the weekends we have a feeling our leisure guests are going to love resting up at Your Apartment – Clifton Village. Within just a few steps you’ll find some of Bristol best artisan cafes, couture cupcakes and a whole host of flavoursome foodie (and drinkie) spots nestled into the side streets.

Nonetheless, with only 8 weeks to go until launch, it’s over and out from us for now!
