It’s advisable to give your spam folder a quick look, as, despite our best efforts to prevent it, emails might occasionally find their way there.

Due to security measures, we will provide you with this information in the check-in email, which you can expect to receive 48 hours before your planned stay.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that plans can shift, and we aim to offer flexibility. If you’ve made a direct booking with us, you can cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Please ensure that all cancellation requests are processed through the initial booking channel. If you’ve made a reservation through another platform, kindly refer to their specific cancellation policy.

Any Hidden Fees?
No hidden fees here! You’ll be charged exactly the amount you anticipate.
While we trust you won’t cause any damage, please note that we reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred during your stay.
A damage deposit ranging from £150-£300 will be charged before your arrival, and rest assured, it will be refunded within a few working days after your checkout.

Maximum or Minimum Stay?
We’re happy to take bookings as short as one night, or as long as you like.
There is sometimes a minimum 2 night stay at some apartments.
