Only a few hundred meters from our serviced apartments in Ealing Broadway , Chicken Shop had the chilled vibe of a high street brand combined with the independent spirit of this suburb of London.
Tonkotsu
If you're a Wagamama fan then step down. Tonkostu is an authentic Japanese restaurant with a chilled vibe but some seriously good Katsu.
And it gets one better... if you can't be bothered to leave your AirBnB in Ealing Broadway , just get it delivered. It's so close that you won't have to worry about it arriving cold.
Caractère
Caractère is a casual, contemporary and independent restaurant situated in Notting Hill. Owners, Emily Roux and Diego Ferrari have managed to cleverly combine delicious food with an inviting and warm atmosphere.
In French, Caractère literally means character or personality, something that both Emily and Diego love to express through cooking and hospitality.
Vardo
Inspired by the travelling wagon used by gypsies and spanning the globe collecting spices, flavours and influences along the way, Vardo is some casual made to feel super special.
Vardo is not too far from our serviced apartments in West London in Chelsea.
The North Star
This place might not be the first place we'd run to but if we're covering off foodie pubs that have great atmospheres and stellar pub food then it would be rude to leave them off the list.
Like The Draper Arms, The North Star has everything you'd expect from a local pub - a relaxing vibe and a great spread of dishes and drinks.
The Grove
The Grove is just one of our favourite places in the whole of Ealing. On a summers evening, the front gardens are just what the doctor ordered after a busy day exploring the city.
With an impressive selection of wines and top-end gastro pub food, you'll never want to leave.
