Customer service champion. Lunchtime Deliveroo enthusiast.

Rohit is guest relations through and through. Everyone in the office always admires his relaxed, personable and polite telephone manner which is why he is our customer service champion.

Philip joined us in September after holding roles at both Holiday Inn & The Royal Crescent in Bath. With his role at Your Apartment being his debut in the serviced accommodation sector, he’s doing a fabulous job in adapting.

When he’s not at the other end of the telephone ensuring our guests are checked-in, out and ok, he’s supporting Toby & Antonio and the rest of the Ops Team in ensuring everything is perfect in time for the next guests’ arrival.

Having joined the team only in late September this year, he’s never shied away from an after-work beverage and is often encouraging us all to order a cheeky something to eat on Deliveroo at lunchtime.
