Which serviced apartments are dog-friendly?

All of our apartments in Tooting and Brixton welcome dogs! Our Tooting apartments boast a prime location near Tooting Common, while Your Apartment – Brixton is just a stone’s throw (or a stick’s throw) away from Brockwell Park. These picturesque parks are perfect for dog owners, offering plenty of space for their furry pals to romp and indulge in their favourite activity – playtime.

What kind of dogs do we allow?

We warmly welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes, but we advise taking into account the size and breed of your dog when choosing your apartment style. For instance, if you have a larger dog, we recommend selecting one of our more spacious apartments.

How long can you stay with your dog?

Our dog-friendly serviced apartments offer the flexibility to accommodate extended stays tailored to your requirements.

Can I leave my dog alone in the apartment?

In short, yes, you can leave your dog in the apartment. However, if you expect your dog to be alone for an extended period exceeding a couple of hours, we suggest exploring nearby doggy day-care facilities.

  A really cool covered market with lots of independent traders and eateries. Plenty of places for coffee and maybe some cakes for later.

  When you visit The Trinity Arms there is no need to leave the most important family member behind, the staff all absolutely adore dogs.

Tooting

• The Antelope
  One of the best spots for a Sunday roast in Tooting, plus it has a great selection of beer and a spacious beer garden.
• The Wheatsheaf
  This pub is perfect for a quick drink that will hit the spot! And the best part is, you can bring your furry companion to enjoy it all by your side.

  An amazing market in the heart of Tooting that is dog friendly and has a wide selection of food and drink vendors.

Relocating with a pet other than a dog?

While we permit guests to bring other pets, we regret to inform you that cats are not allowed. This policy is in place because our serviced apartments contain valuable furniture, and cats have a tendency to scratch, which could result in damage.

Is there anything else I should be aware of when staying at Your Apartment with my dog/pet?

We are dedicated to ensuring that both you and your pets have a delightful experience during your stay at Your Apartment. Our team is readily available to address any inquiries you may have to ensure a rewarding stay for all.

Please note, we require a damage deposit of £150 per pet, which is refunded upon checkout if no damage is reported or attributed to the pet. Additionally, an extra cleaning fee of £30 per pet.
