Each morning, he’s always on time and raring to go and now we know why. When we challenged him with a recipe he responded, ‘that’s too easy’. Without any hesitation, Cosmin’s 15-minute healthy porridge with berries and banana was already being listed in our inbox.
So, no pressure – here is Cosmin’s no.1 quick and ‘berry’ easy porridge to give you that morning kick up the rear which many of us so very often need.
- 100g porridge oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon, plus extra to serve
- 4 tsp demerara sugar
- 450ml skimmed milk
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 400g punnet strawberries, hulled and halved
- 150g pot fat-free natural yogurt
Serves 4 peeps (half recipe for 2, a quarter for 1 person, etc. if you get the gist)
