Our kitchens are stocked with all the necessary tools for preparing a substantial meal, including saucepans, a frying pan, cutlery, knives, and more.

Are our short term lets dog friendly & pet friendly?
Several of our serviced apartments are accommodating to both dogs and other pets.
If you plan to bring your pet, kindly provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, along with relevant details about your furry companion. Please note that an extra deep cleaning fee is applicable upon your departure.
Furthermore, a larger upfront deposit is necessary to cover potential damages to furniture, fixtures, or fittings caused by your pet.
While there are instances where pets may not be permitted, such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to discussion.

How flexible is short term lettings?
Guests who make direct bookings with us have the flexibility to cancel their short-term stay with just 24 hours’ notice (unless otherwise agreed upon).
For those who have made reservations through Booking.com, AirBnB, or another third-party agent, the terms and conditions of that particular platform apply to your stay. Hence, we strongly recommend that all short-term guests book directly through our website or contact us via email/telephone.
Please note that if you have utilised a promotion, including promo codes, the terms and conditions associated with that specific rate will govern your booking. Refer to our terms and conditions for comprehensive details.

How much is it to let short term?
Our prices vary based on your requirements. For example, a two-bedroom apartment is going to be significantly more than a studio apartment.
