Easton Eats: Discover the Best Places to Eat in One of Bristol's Coolest Neighbourhoods...

Easton isn’t just a neighbourhood—it’s a full-on experience. Tucked between the buzzing energy of Old Market and the leafy calm of Greenbank, Easton is where Bristol’s culture, creativity, and community spirit collide. Its streets are alive with colour, conversation, and the irresistible aroma of sizzling street food and oven-fresh bread.
And if you’re staying with us at one of our Serviced Apartments in Old Market, you’re just a short stroll away from the heart of Easton’s foodie scene. Whether you’re in town for business, pleasure, or just passing through, Easton is the kind of place that lures you out of your apartment and into a world of delicious discovery. It’s got spice. It’s got soul. And it most definitely has some of the best food in the city.
So, with that in mind, we’ve put together a flavour-packed guide to the best places to eat in Easton—because good food always tastes better when you know where to find it.
The Garden of Easton
A newer addition to Easton's food scene, Garden of Easton has already made a name for itself with its attention to detail—both in presentation and flavour.
Dishes arrive like edible works of art, beautifully balanced and full of fresh herbs, edible flowers, and bright sauces. Whether you're after an indulgent breakfast stack, a fresh Mediterranean salad, or something sweet with your coffee, this café delivers with style.
Bonus: their outdoor courtyard is a proper sun trap come summer!
No.12 Easton
This charming café on the corner of Greenbank Road is a dream for plant-based foodies—and even those who aren’t.
The dishes are vibrant, flavour-packed, and beautifully plated, from their towering vegan breakfast stacks to their moreish jackfruit tacos. Brunch here feels like an act of self-care, especially when paired with one of their expertly brewed coffees or a zesty homemade lemonade.
They also have a killer selection of cakes that just happen to be vegan (but don't taste like it). Think of it as a little sanctuary of good vibes and great food.
Danny’s Burgers
If you know, you know. Danny’s Burgers is a Bristol cult classic—starting out as a pop-up and now grilling up some of the juiciest, messiest, most satisfying burgers you’ll find anywhere in the city.
Located at Fierce & Noble in Easton, this isn’t just your average burger van. The patties are thick and perfectly seared, the toppings are unapologetically indulgent (think bacon jam, hash browns, or hot sauce), and the buns are always fresh and fluffy.
Whether you’re tackling the iconic ‘Danny Double’ or trying one of their rotating specials, this is serious comfort food done very right.
Baba Ganoush Kitchen
Step into Baba Ganoush Kitchen and you’re instantly hit with the warm, spiced aroma of cumin, garlic, and slow-cooked meats.
Tucked away on Stapleton Road, this unassuming gem delivers big on flavour with a menu packed with authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean classics. Their falafel is crispy and golden on the outside, soft and herby inside—exactly how it should be.
The shawarma wraps are generously filled and drizzled with their signature garlic sauce, while the hummus is so silky it could be a meal on its own.
