We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming 164,501 guests through our doors last year!! And guess what? Our cosy little family got a bit bigger with the addition of 141 spanking new rooms! That’s right – more nooks, more crannies, and more reasons to fall in love with your home away from home.
How’s this for a fun fact? Our spaces were practically buzzing with good vibes, boasting an 87% occupancy rate. Turns out, we’re not the only ones who think our spots are the bee’s knees!
London's Calling!
In 2023, we opened not one, not two but three new locations to our London lineup, joining Your Apartment – Brixton which launched in late 2021!
First up, Your Apartment – Shepherd’s Bush stole the show in May with its West London flair – think funky vibes and a splash of color.
July rolled in, and we cranked up the cool factor with Your Apartment – Old Kent Road. History met modern vibes, creating a space perfect for city slickers and history enthusiasts alike.
But hold onto your hats because December brought a grand finale – Your Apartment – Tooting. It’s got that South London groove, cozy corners, and just the right amount of mischief.

Beyond the bustling streets of London, 2023 marked a dazzling expansion for Your Apartment into our hometown city of Bristol.
Our Bristol family grew with the addition of four distinctive properties! Your Apartment – Wellington Place launched in August, the charmingly converted pub, Your Apartment – The Cotham Arms, in September, the unique collection of 4 ‘Serviced Houses,’ Your Apartment – Barley Vale, in October, and Your Apartment – Redland Place topping off the year with a bang!
